Fall is the most popular time of the year for family sessions. Rightfully so as the temperature is perfect and the landscape sets such a beautiful backdrop with its changing leaves and golden light. Its the perfect setting to allow for families to slow down, connect and explore all nature has to offer.

But your session is about more than just finding colorful leaves. The timing of your photos, the location you choose and the overall feel you want for your family’s images all play a role in creating an experience that feels like you and your family.

This year I’m offering three different fall session experiences, giving you the option to choose the one that fits your family best. Whether you want the full experience with plenty of flexibility and guidance, something a little shorter or just a few simple fall photographs, there’s an option for you.

Fall Foliage

My full seasonal session experience | 60 minutes at golden hour | Full edited digital gallery

Fall Foliage is my full seasonal session experience. With a full 60 minutes together, there is room for your family to settle in, explore, play and connect without feeling rushed. This allows us to capture the little interactions between siblings, the way your child reaches for your hand, the moments of laughter or the quiet in between moments that make your family yours.

It also gives us the opportunity to create a more varied gallery and tell a fuller story of your family, using the landscape around you as part of that story. Petite Fall Experience

An abridged version of my full session | 30 minutes at golden hour | 10 edited digital images

The Petite Fall Experience is a shorter version of my full session offering, but still gives us enough time to create a meaningful experience together.

At 30 minutes, there is time for little ones to warm up, settle into the environment and become comfortable in front of the camera. We can move around, play, interact and capture a meaningful collection of moments.

You’ll receive 10 edited images from your session, along with a styling guide and assistance as you begin putting your family’s outfits together (no client closet access).

Fall Micro Mini

A quick and simple way to capture fall | 10 minutes ahead of golden hour | 5 edited digital images

The Fall Micro Mini is intentionally simple. With just 10 minutes together, this isn’t meant to be a condensed full session. It’s a brief, playful moment to capture a few updated photographs of your family during the fall season.

We’ll keep things moving, embrace a little playfulness and make the most of our short time together. There isn’t time for an extended warm up or a variety of activities, but that’s part of what makes a Micro Mini what it is.

You’ll receive 5 edited images, a styling guide, and a predetermined date and location. No client closet access or personalized styling.
